Our actions are concentrated in helping people develop to their greatest potential by providing recreational, educational and social programs that support autonomy, diversity, empowerment and citizen participation.
Our programs provide a variety of tools and means to support individual stimulation and optimise personal development. Our youth programs support school success and help to enhance parent experiences by providing opportunities to interact with their children. We contribute to active and meaningful life experiences for seniors, supporting their independence and ability to stay in the community.
Our two-storey facility includes a gymnasium, computer room, games room, arts and crafts room, multi-purpose room and two fully equipped kitchens.
In response to the needs of the community, Dawson Community Centre is open:
Monday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm
Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 am to 10h00 pm
Wednesday from 8:30 am to 9:00 pm
Friday from 8:30 am to 11:00 pm
Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
